Fujitsu Siemens call centre to open in UAE
27 Apr 2007
Fujitsu Siemens is to open a call centre in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The vendor has employed Buzz Contact Centre Solutions LLC to oversee operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
It is thought that the call centre will be the initial point of contact for customers facing any problems with its products, before seeking a service partner for help.
Aiham Al-Akhras, service manager for Fujitsu Siemens in the Middle East, commented: "A call centre is an essential part of any business seeking to drive efficiency through technology.
"This initiative demonstrates our continued support and commitment to our most demanding customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia."
He added that the call centre will be Fujitsu Siemens Computers' first resource for seeking for information, voicing concerns, troubleshooting or logging in a warranty case.
The news follows reports that Fujitsu Siemens is to help schools and sports clubs buy kits for teams at attractive prices.
