Good storage and network products 'deserve excellent support'

Prior to the upcoming Storage Networking World (SNW) Europe 2007 conference, a support alliance has reported the need for good networking and storage products to be accompanied by equally proficient support in order to deliver a comprehensive solution to clients.
The comments came from a representative for TSANet, the largest hi-tech vendor-neutral support alliance and organisers of the Solutions Showcase.
Leigh Darby, Europe, Middle East and Africa executive director of TSANet, said: "To deliver the complete solution, excellent products deserve excellence in support as well."
He added that installation and maintenance of new systems side-by-side with existing products requires collaboration among vendors.
A number of sponsors and supporters have been announced for this year's conference, which is due to take place from October 29th to 31st 2007 at Congress Frankfurt.
These include: Platinum level sponsors Brocade, Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Hitachi Data Systems; Gold level sponsors CommVault; LSI and QLogic; and Silver level sponsors Isilon and Plasmon.
Registration is now open for the SNW Europe 2007 conference, with this year's theme being Information in Motion.
