VARBusiness 'salutes' Virtual Iron

Virtualisation software management provider Virtual Iron has received praise from industry publication VARBusiness for its products.
The company distributes software - also called Virtual Iron - which helps firms to make the most of the advantages presented by virtualisation, such as the ability to migrate the workload transparently between physical devices.
In a recent survey of readers of VARBusiness, the software was regarded by many as being the best alternative to leading brands already present in the virtualisation management market.
Robert C DeMarzo, vice-president and editorial director for VARBusiness parent company CMP Channel, said: "Solution providers are always in search of the best way to satisfy their customers' technology solution and services needs ... We salute all the great vendors identified."
Earlier this month, Virtual Iron announced "outstanding" financial results, indicating accelerated growth in sales of its products over the second half of 2007 and leading into the new year.
