QLogic partner programme praised

QLogic has been presented with a gold five-star award by industry publication VARBusiness for its Signature partner channel programme.
The high-performance networking solutions provider notes that this is the third year in a row in which VARBusiness has praised it for its partner-based distribution scheme.
In this year's round of awards, the Signature programme received the highest possible scores in categories including sales support, partner profitability, marketing support, channel operations and communication.
Denis Maynard, senior vice-president of worldwide sales and support at QLogic, says: "We will continue to develop specialised programmes that are tailored to our partners, translating to increased sales, profitability and competitive advantage."
The 2008 awards are the 14th annual event and QLogic is one of ten firms to be presented with a gold five-star accolade by the publication this year.
QLogic was previously named as 2008 Company of the Year by the Technology Council of Southern California.
