

Riverbed 'delivers as promised'

Clients of wide-area data services provider Riverbed Technology are finding the company's products deliver the desired functionality, it has been revealed.
In its latest bi-annual survey of customer satisfaction, conducted by King Research, Riverbed reports that 39 per cent of its customers rate it ten out of ten, while 87 per cent in total score it at eight or above.
Diane Hagglund, managing director for King Research, says: "In the multitude of customer satisfaction studies we have conducted for technology companies over the past 13 years Riverbed's customers are among the most enthusiastic."
Riverbed notes that more than 87 per cent of respondents would recommend the appliances to others, adding that such a finding indicates that the devices "deliver as promised".
The findings continue a trend of high scores from those surveyed, as 87 per cent of clients also rated Riverbed at eight or above in spring 2007 and the figure rose to 90 per cent in the autumn 2007 research.
