Riverbed names Zycko Pan European Distributor of the Year

Zycko has been named as Pan European Distributor of the Year by wide-area data services provider Riverbed Technology.
Support is provided to Riverbed Technology by Zycko from its offices in the UK, as well as throughout France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Russia, Benelux and Saudi Arabia.
Zycko's role is to distribute the firm's products within jurisdictions across Europe, while Riverbed Technology offers sales and marketing support.
Jon Arnold, regional sales director for Riverbed Technology in Northern Europe, says: "The level of commitment and support Zycko has shown to Riverbed has been second to none.
"We appointed Zycko as our first pan European distributor in 2005 and since then they have demonstrated consistent investment and execution in Riverbed."
He adds that Zycko is "truly worthy" of the accolade of Pan European Distributor of the Year, having helped to increase the uptake of Riverbed Technology's solutions in developing markets.
Zycko's success in establishing itself as a value-added distributor is also identified by Mr Arnold as a driving factor behind the award.
Offices in Benelux and Italy were opened by Zycko in 2007, increasing the company's presence in central Europe and allowing it to serve more than 60 countries in all across the continent.
