Industry accolades for Huawei

Telecommunications and networking solutions provider Huawei has been granted two industry awards in recent weeks, the company reveals.
Global Telecoms Business named the firm as the recipient of its Broadband Wireless Service Innovation Award and Local Network Infrastructure Transformation Award for its ability to customise solutions to the needs of its clients.
Samuel Sun, managing director of Huawei UK, says: "Being able to rapidly respond to customers' needs and provide innovative solutions that truly address the challenges our customers face is a vital ingredient in our continued progress."
This is the second year in which the Global Telecoms Business Awards have been presented, with recipients selected by a panel of judges who assess both their operations independently of the sector and the influence they have on their partners and competitors.
Huawei also recently announced that it had created an innovation centre in Germany in order to allow prospective clients to test its solutions under different operating conditions.
