

Riverbed partner programme 'offers great benefits'

Distributors across the globe are presented with "great benefits" thanks to the Riverbed partner programme, the company asserts.
New enhancements help to extend these benefits still further, with Riverbed having constructed a sales model that it says is highly channel-centric, along with benefits specifically for those partners who demonstrate a clear commitment to the company's products.
Dave Peranich, senior vice-president of worldwide sales at Riverbed, says: "Our global partner programme introduces great benefits for our worldwide ecosystem of partners.
"We hope to extend these benefits to companies that have the potential to be a high-performance partner."
He adds that the partner programme is also likely to benefit distributors which are renowned for their activity in IT consolidation, disaster recovery and application acceleration.
Riverbed recently announced that it has been recognised for the quality of its products with a Storage Magazine gold award in the networking equipment category for its wide area network optimisation solution.
