Zeus powers IWOOT website

Online shoppers at I Want One Of Those (IWOOT) could find the availability of the website enhanced thanks to Zeus Technology, it has been revealed.
Zeus application traffic management systems are now helping to maintain the website's availability during peak load times.
Paul Brennan, chief executive officer of Zeus, explains that IWOOT was keen to ensure round-the-clock functionality in order to enhance its competitiveness against other retailers in the online space.
He says: "IWOOT is a fantastic example of a web-based business that puts customer service first, helping it to reduce overheads and increase sales almost instantly."
Sagar Vadher, head of IT at IWOOT, adds that the site is now enjoying 100 per cent uptime - helping to ensure it does not lose any of the 2,000 orders processed each hour.
Zeus Technology recently announced a desire to make its Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager system available to web developers through a special licence, helping to remove some of the barriers from the development of online applications.
