CRN Names Lifesize As A Leading Tech Innovator

Lifesize - Video Conferencing

CRN has named video communications technology specialist Lifesize as one of the industry’s leading innovators.

The company, a division of Logitech, was recognised for its forward-thinking nature at CRN’s Tech Innovator Awards. The annual awards highlight companies and products that have used innovation to advance technology, increase productivity, and reduce cost and complexity in ways that provide value to the channel.

Lifesize Cloud – which embraces cloud technology to make it easier and cheaper for all organisations to reap the benefits of video conferencing tools – took the top honours in the networking, voice, data and unified communications category. Hundreds of companies and products in 18 different categories were reviewed and subjected to a series of examinations before the brightest and best were named.

Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company, publisher of CRN, explained: “Being able to quickly and reliably identify the best new solutions in key technology categories is of great importance … The winners and runners-up in the CRN Tech Innovator Awards represent the best and brightest products and solutions in today’s market.”

Founded in 2003 and later acquired by Logitech in 2009, Lifesize has made huge strides in the video conferencing industry. They have made lifelike communication easy and cost-effective on computers, tablets or smartphone, all via Lifesize Cloud.

Craig Malloy, founder and CEO of Lifesize, said: “We’re honoured that Lifesize Cloud was recognised with this prestigious award from the CRN Test Center.

“This accolade is a testament to Lifesize’s relentless focus on innovation and pushing the boundaries of what collaborative solutions are capable of accomplishing."
