HP Names Aastra An AllianceONE Partner of the Year

Aastra has been acknowledged for its integration with HP’s network infrastructure with an award for best technology partner in the networking category.

With the AllianceONE Partner of the Year award, Aastra, a founding member of the HP Networking specialisation with the HP AllianceONE programme, has proved its capabilities for integrating its IP telephony and UC applications with the HP network infrastructure.

Aastra’s executive vice president, Yves Laliberte, was elated to have the company’s relationship with HP recognised with the award, saying the association had strengthened since joining the programme. He also stated that shared common goals for open standards and providing a competitive total cost of ownership (TCO) were key to their partnership.

As a member of the HP AllianceONE Networking Specialisation, Aastra had to undergo several stringent processes including technology certification, so that customers can be assured the company offers competent and certified products and channel.

The close partnership between the companies mean businesses benefit from the easy deployment of Aastra’s Voice Over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications (UC) products in a HP network, providing a reliable and secure open-standards foundation, that also offers a lower TCO.

Aastra is solely dedicated to enterprise communications with a complete portfolio of unified communications solutions, ranging from call managers for SMBs to UC applications and multimedia call centre solutions.
