Riverbed Technology has recently received two certifications acknowledging outstanding customer service and support. They are the Certified Technology Service & Support (CTSS) program, from J.D. Power and Associates, and the Excellence in Service Operation certification from the Technology Service Industry Association (TSIA). This distinction, which Riverbed has earned for the second year in a row, assess companies on over three hundred best-practice criteria, and awards those that provide their customers the best possible service and support.
Riverbed works with more than 17,000 organisations worldwide, and as increasing numbers of businesses are switching to virtualised, cloud-based storage systems, and thereby increasing the distance between themselves and their data, support and solutions to keep these systems running as efficiently as possible is vital.
“Riverbed clearly recognises the importance of offering world-class technical support to their customers”, said Joanne Weigel, senior director of certification programs at TSIA.
