Lifesize And Logitech: An Ideal Solution For Workgroup Meetings

Lifesize - Video Conferencing

Lifesize has added to the release of its brand new cloud-based video conferencing service, Lifesize Cloud, by offering an option to buy it with a value-orientated Logitech conference camera.

The videoconferencing specialist unveiled the Lifesize Cloud last month (21 May). And the company, which is a division of Logitech, is now sweetening the deal for customers looking to gain a subscription to the cloud-based service by giving them the option to buy the Logitech ConferenceCam CC3000e at a reduced combined price.

The HD video conferencing camera is ideal for work meetings. By combining affordability with professional quality, the Lifesize Cloud-optimised CC3000e is plug-and-play enabled, making it very easy to deploy. The equipment also includes an HD 1080p pan/tilt/10x lossless zoom camera, a full duplex speakerphone, powered hub, wall and table mount, USB cables and a remote control.

The technology is compatible with both PCs and Macs, meaning it is suitable for any meeting room that has a computer and internet access. The entire conference call can also be controlled remotely.

All supported via the Lifesize Cloud software, users can enjoy HD video conferencing from any device. The speed and ease of use supports both organised and impromptu meetings by eradicating the often cumbersome process of setting up and initiating a video call.

The Logitech ConferenceCam CC3000e and Lifesize Cloud are available together for a price of under $1,200 (£715), providing market-leading quality at an affordable price point. This means that even small companies can reap the benefits of HD video conferencing.
