Lifesize Announces New Cloud Platform

Lifesize - Video Conferencing

Lifesize has announced the release of a new monitoring dashboard for its Lifesize Cloud.

The video conferencing division of Logitech’s new dashboard monitoring system allows account managers the tools to make the right decision on the way in which existing subscription access is managed, or in scaling Lifesize Cloud in their offices. The measurement platform provides everything from user and room participation to call and device usage.

Current Lifesize Cloud customers will be given access to both instant and scheduled calls reporting, aiming to provide better insight and measurement in one location via reporting across all users and rooms with video systems.

Vice president of product marketing at Lifesize, Michael Helmbrecht, said: “The new dashboard gives our customers a quick, consolidated and sophisticated view of how to best use Lifesize Cloud for their specific needs.

“When you have hundreds of employees across many offices around the globe, getting a clear, 360-degree view of meetings and usage used to be a logistical nightmare. Lifesize wants to help its customers be more successful by having connected relationships, and the new reporting tool empowers them to do just that.”

Additional resources now available to Lifesize Cloud subscribers includes a updated reporting dashboard where account managers can easily access a reporting interface delivering insight and visibility in deciding the management of meetings and resources.

Also in the new release are live metrics to enable a clear and updated look at usage and demand. This includes total calls, total minutes, top users, top rooms and device usage.
