Lifesize Launches Additions To Its Product Family

Lifesize - Video Conferencing

LifeSize has introduced a number of new members into its video conferencing product family this week, with the Lifesize Icon 800 being ideal for auditoriums and large meeting spaces.

Flexibility is at the heart of the LifeSize Icon 800; the smart video codec, which has the ability to connect to multiple displays at the same time, has been designed for use in front of large crowds including group presentations and meetings, conference spaces or large classrooms.

The new LifeSize Icon 800 not only delivers an unprecedented immersive experience, but the easy-to-use video conferencing system is also ideal for systems integrators because it is designed to be compliant with industry-standard rack mounts. The LifeSize Icon 800 also has boosted connectivity including four full HD video inputs, two full HD video outputs, seven audio inputs, four audio outputs and two USB 3.0 data inputs.

The LifeSize Icon 800 is joined by the rest of the new LifeSize product family including the LifeSize Camera S, LifeSize 3380 UVC Server and LifeSize Link Adaptor.

The Camera S is a pan/tilit/zoom (PTZ) videoconferencing camera for small meeting spaces or offices. With 3 times optical zoom, HD image quality and the ability to adapt well to fluctuating light conditions it is ideally suited to a plethora of environments.

The 3380 UVC Server underpins the calls; as LifeSize’s largest hardware video server to date it is capable of supporting 320 concurrent calls, 3,000 active registrations and an unlimited number of user accounts.
