FalconStor Enters CRN Virtualization 100 List for Enterprise Support

FalconStor Software has been given a place in the CRN Virtualization 100 list by the Everything Channel for its ability to help enterprises to make the most of virtualisation solutions.

The vendor was selected after judges decided it supported customers in their efforts to move to more flexible, scalable and affordable technology, as well as its "commitment to providing innovative data protection solutions for virtual environments and for its successful partnership with the channel", FalconStor Software noted.

In entering the CRN Virtualization 100 list, the company has also been highlighted as one that can meet the channel's growing requirements. The vendor has enjoyed recent financial success, experiencing a 30 per cent boost in product revenue generated from the channel, over the past year.

Indeed, during the first quarter to March 31st 2011, total revenues reached $19 million (£11.8 million). This represents an 11 per cent increase on the same period in 2010.
