KEMP's Loadmaster 2200 Wins 2010 Communications Solutions Product Of The Year Award

The leader in load balancing and application delivery, KEMP Technologies, has announced that it’s been awarded the 2010 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award by IT publisher TMC, for its LoadMaster 2200.

The LoadMaster is designed to spread internal traffic across a company’s network to ensure that access to business critical applications like MS SharePoint and Office365 is not prohibited.

KEMP spokesperson, Peter Melerud, emphasised the load balancer’s 99.999% high availability: “The LoadMaster 2200 helps to assure that company’s application infrastructure performs with 24/7 availability.” TMC CEO Rich Tehrani cited the LoadMaster’s proven return on investment as particularly impressive and a key contributing factor to the award.

The accolade was based on products from a one year period ending March 2011. The award is publicised by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine and Internet Telephony magazine.
