NextIO Launches in the UK with Zycko

Leading input/output virtualisation and consolidation specialist NextIO has launched in the UK with a Zycko distribution deal and pilots with six end users and experienced channel player Michael Logan has taken the reigns as Director of Sales for the EMEA region.

NextIO has recently launched vNET™ I/O Maestro. The Maestro uses  PCI-Express (PCIe) switching technology and is designed as an access level top of rack solution. It supports a number of different protocols (Ethernet 1Gb or 10Gb, Fibre Channel, InfiniBand, SAS/SATA, FCoE, iSCSI, GPU’s etc.), and its bandwidth can easily be increased.
