Vyatta: Six Years of Innovation in Review

Vyatta, the first networking company to offer a platform-independent network OS, is celebrating six years of innovation and growth.

Its remarkable success has not escaped the attention of leading Fortune 500 companies as it now supplies some of the largest enterprises with multi-tenant cloud capabilities.

Vyatta has taken huge steps to ensure it remains the leading company in its field. It recently launched Vyatta vPlane technology, a highly scalable forwarding plane for next-generation enterprise and cloud network designs.

Director of Cloud Solutions at Vyatta, Scott Sneddon, said: “Most of the other people playing in this space are only focused on security, but we bring a full routing feature set to the table.”

Far from resting on his laurels, Sneddon said that he’s excited about moving the company forward and focussing on making networks more dynamic.
