Steelhead Appliance Deployment & Management is targeted specifically for Riverbed resellers/partners and customers involved in the design, deployment, or administration/technical support of Steelhead appliances.

Pre-Requisites

A good understanding and experience of:

• Certification as a CCNA or the equivalent inter-networking knowledge extremely helpful (routing protocols, TCP/IP, network design, and troubleshooting)
• Basic knowledge of operating system administration (Windows or Linux) helpful
