To provide the attendee with the necessary skills to configure, install, and provide basic maintenance on the IPcts IP PBX Telephony System.

The course also serves as a conduit to full technical accreditation.

Course Structure

A two-day, hands on workshop designed to equip attendees with the necessary skills to manage, configure and install the AYC IPcts. Delegates will work in pairs, each with their own IPcts workstation, and work through set exercises to master all of the product features and functions.
