RIVERBED End-User Administration Training
Objective
To provide the attendee with sufficient information and skills to enable them to configure, upgrade and administer a Riverbed WAN optimisation and acceleration solution.

Pre-Requisites
A good understanding and experience of:
- TCP/IP and data networking configuration
- A working knowledge of operating system administration
- A basic understanding of the OSI 7-layer networking model
Course Structure
A two-day ‘hands-on’ course designed to equip attendees with the necessary skills to administer, configure and upgrade Riverbed Steelheads. Delegates work in pairs with a PC each, one configured as the data centre and the other as the remote site connected together across a simulated WAN using a Network Nightmare WAN simulator. The main topics covered are:

Overview of the Riverbed Solution

Transaction Prediction
