AYCTelecom - CTI-OC-Call Loggers

The CTI has been developed specifically with the user and ease of use in mind. Too frequently IP Telephony systems have a CTI that is cumbersome and difficult to use resulting in users not wishing to use it.

The IPcts CTI has two interfaces, the regular 'User CTI' and the receptionist 'OC' (Operators Console). Both are intuitive and kind on the eye, encouraging the use of them.

The Call Logger application provides information concerning the call activity on the IPcts system that can be exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis or for costing to be added.

IPcts User CTI

The User CTI provides an easy to use 'pop-up' window on the users PC. It has a built in Address Book that is shared system wide. A user can access their 'last 10' numbers, in or out, for redial purposes.

IPcts Receptionists OC

The OC provides superior call monitoring and call control to a level that is demanded for reception or call operator scenarios. The OC can be used in conjunction with a 'touch sensitive screen' so no mouse or keyboard is required making it user friendly and simple. The OC has the same features as the User CTI plus:

IPcts Call Logger

The Call Logger provides statistical information concerning the call activity on the IPcts system. It is a Java program that is run from an Administrators PC and enables call records to be searched for, displayed, sorted and exported to a spreadsheet as a standard .csv file for printing or costings to be added.
